The Olympian is inspired by Ulysse's journey back to Ithaca having triumphed over numerous challenges and adversities, similar to that of an Olympian at the games. Ithaca in this instance is not only symbolic of a journey and home, but serves as a reminder that often we have to fight for the things we value most. This print is one of the latest Limited Edition to be released by Wayne Forrester. Each print comes framed in a dark frame with gold-lip insert as chosen by the artist.
